    Training packages are as follows: This package consists of 8 sessions, which take place on Tuesday and Thursday for 4 weeks. After the first 4 weeks, training can be extended for another 4 weeks.

    Training will consist of 2 days a weeks for 4 weeks. Training will take place on Monday and Wednesday's at Princeton High School.
